The court costs are accurate as of 2006 for Rhode
Island but may vary from county to county.
A process fee may be required for delivery of
the complaint for each additional named or unnamed tenant. An
unknown tenant is anyone who may be living in the property that
you are unaware of or someone not named on the complaint (example
(a boyfriend, girlfriend ,roommate or even someone subletting).
